Alter (the "Service") is operated by Minsik Kim (the "Operator", an individual sole proprietor). The Operator takes user privacy seriously and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea and applicable data protection regulations.

1. Information We Collect

3. Retention Period

In principle, all data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. The following items are retained for the legally required period:

6. Your Rights

Access your information (via in-app Settings or by email request)
Correct or delete your information (corrections can be made directly in the [What Alter Sees in You] screen)
Withdraw consent to processing
Delete your account (Settings > Delete Account, or by email request)

7. Children Under 14

The Service does not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If we become aware of such an account, we will delete it immediately.

8. Security Measures

TLS 1.3 encryption in transit
At-rest encryption with Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS)
Least-privilege access controls
Regular security audits and dependency updates
Non-disclosure agreements with anyone handling personal data
